On the ground floor we have 7 bright and large rooms, two of which suitable for wheelchair holders as well, the ideal solution for those who prefer not to climb any stair.
On one side indeed we have 4 floors with single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, but at the moment we have no lift, even if we already plan to build it; all these rooms but three face on a typical venecian street.
On the other side, five rooms with sharing bathroom face a nice garden: thanks to their size (they can host up to 20 people) they are a perfect solution for groups of friends.

All our rooms have telephone with direct line, tv with satellite, wifi connection (free of charge only if you reserve straight over our website or by phone/mail), airconditioning / heating system, table, safe. On request, but we cannot grant it, we can assign you a room with balcony. Rooms ensuite have shower, sink, wc, bidet, haidryer.

Please remember that it’s strictly forbidden to smoke in all our rooms.
